I joined Peak Performance to prepare for a 2 week walk in the French Pyrenees. Almost 7 years later I am still attending sessions at Peak Performance as I am very aware of my need to be physically fit and healthy to ensure I can meet the challenges of running my own business. I met Bec 15 years ago on the recommendation of a rehabilitation provider (I have a chronic overuse injury). Today, I am fitter, stronger and healthier than I ever thought possible and this is all due to the PT sessions I have attended over this time. I started going to Peak Performance about 5 years ago to support my wife with her fitness régime and with no specific goals of my own. Bec Brown quickly settled on a view of what my middle-aged body needed. Bec has worked with me to build muscles I didn't know I had and to give me skills with boxing and weight training that I never considered feasible. I've gone from being a flabby middle-aged nerd with glasses and no muscles to a muscled middle-aged Adonis with glasses AND a sweatband. What more could one ask from Personal Trainers ? As a member of a local gym I had been using their personal trainers on and off for a couple of years but found that though they were young end enthusiastic about their craft they were not necessarily interested in what I wanted to achieve. I find Bec committed, flexible and easy to work with. My programs fit in with my lifestyle and I achieve the results that I want, without having to give up everything I love to eat.
